WME has promoted talent agent RichGambale to partner in the Beverly Hills-based firms non-scripted TV department.
Gambale represents a range of talent across non-scripted TV and documentaries, including producers, filmmakers, actors, musicians and models. His client roster includes Selena Gomez, whose unscripted TV credits include Selena + Cheffor HBO Max andSelena + Restaurantfor Food Network/Max.
Gambalealso sold Gomezs docLouder: The Soundtrack of Changeto HBO/Max, and her Mi Vecino, El Cartelshow to ViX. Having joined WME via the mailroom in 2011 and come up through the talent agencys trainee program, Gambale packaged for Shawn Levy and his 21 Laps banner projects for Netflix that include theUnsolved Mysteriesreboot, the Emmy-nominatedThe Future Of docuseries and the upcoming documentaryExtraterrestrial. The new partneralso sold thealien Encountersdocuseries to Netflix for Steven Spielbergs Amblin TV, and the Spanish-language talk show TV series Pan y Circoto Amazon, which is hosted client Diego Luna and co-produced by another client, Gael Garcia Bernal.
Gambale also represents Martin Short, who is set to host ABCs reboot ofMatch Game, and Gigi Hadid, who will co-host NetflixsNext in Fashion series. And he represented Ryan Coogler and his Proximity Banner for their push into non-scripted TV with Apple/A24sStephen Curry: Underratedand Onyx/HulusAnthem.

WMEs non-scripted department is led by co-heads Amir Shahkhalili and David Sherman, who work across documentaries, reality TV, game shows, competition series and broadcast news.
