Casey Wassermans sports and talent representation empire is expanding further into the creator space.

The moguls Westwood-based firm Wasserman has acquired Dan Levitts Long Haul, a management company founded in 2013 that counts several well-known basketball culture creators as well as YouTube and gaming clients on its roster. As part of the deal, all 10 members of Long Hauls staff will move over to the Wasserman Creators division and Levitt will gain the senior vice president title at the company.

Long Haul reps talent like Matthew Robert Patrick (aka MatPat), who developed several big YouTube channels including Game Theory (19.4 million subscribers), Film Theory (13.2 million subscribers) and offshoots. Other clients include trickshot star Tristan Jass (who appeared at this years NBA All-Star game), basketball/gaming creator Kris London, basketball/lifestyle creator Crissa Jackson and streetball player Grayson The Professor Boucher. Dan is one of the original founding members of the creator representation business, and we are thrilled he decided to bring his knowledge, leadership, and creator advocacy to Wasserman, said Jason Ranne, the companys president of global talent.

Prior to launching his own firm, Levitt worked at media company Big Frame and at Disney as an AR coordinator. Wasserman Creators was launched last October with the acquisition of Michael Jones Dallas-based talent and media agency J1S. The division marks another expansion for the company, which has acquired multiple marketing, creative and boutique talent agencies over the past few years as well as launched a speakers unit. In 2024 alone, Wasserman, which now totals 3,200 employees globally, acquired U.K. soccer agency Volante, and Ireland-based representation/marketing firm Line Up Sports.

As part of its dealmaking spree, Wasserman has made major buys, including production-management firm Brillstein Entertainment Partnerslast year and Paradigms music division and its roster of top clients in 2021. One of those clients, Billie Eilish, recently dropped the company after a Daily Mail story on Aug. 1 detailed allegations of sexual misconduct involving multiple women against Casey Wasserman. Eilish left to sign with WME.
