Longtime Hollywood publicist Ina Treciokas has launched Ingenuity Group as a talent and brand consultancy shop.
The former partner at Slate PR has chosen a solo venture after one of the industrys highest-profile publicity firms that represents a long list of A-list stars, creators, talent and events chose to close its doors. Four of Slate PRs founders Stephen Huvane, Simon Halls, Robin Baum and Andy Gelb went on to form a new firm called Apex Public Relations.
Ingenuity Group will join founder Michael Nymans Acceleration Community of Companies as part of its specialized marketing service offerings. Treciokas will be based in the Los Angeles office of DKC, the communications firms led by CEO Sean Cassidy, and will work closely with DKC and other ACC agencies. Traditional publicity is not enough todays talent needs brand stewardship. Ingenuity Group helps clients shape their narratives, expand creative platforms, and uncover opportunities that are as multi-dimensional as they are.
