The families of a 22-year-old Latino man and a 13-year-old Latino boy shot and killed last month by Chicago police officers are demanding justice, and they want other Chicagoans to join them.
Meanwhile, the leaders of the Fraternal Order of Police local lodge claim both shootings were justified.
