Makes about 3 cups1 pt chocolate ice cream
3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
5 tablespoons malted milk powder
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Cooks' note:
To save time, 4 teaspoons instant coffee and 3/4 cup cold water can be substituted for freshly brewed coffee.
