Ingredients
<p>Makes 1 Serving.</p>3 tablespoons dark rum
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons minted simple syrup
For minted simple syrup:
1 1/2 cups packed fresh mint leaves1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Garnish: pineapple slices and fresh mint sprigs
Step 1
In a tall glass filled with ice stir together rum, juice, and syrup until combined well.
Step 2
Garnish drink with pineapple and mint.
