Lionsgate CEO Jon Feltheimer saw his total compensation fall to $9.8 million for fiscal 2025, according to the companys latest proxy filing released Tuesday.

Thats down from fiscal 2024 when Feltheimer received $18.2 million in total pay, and the $21.5 million he earned as part of his overall compensation package for fiscal 2023. Feltheimers 2025 compensation included an unchanged $1.5 million base salary, but his bonus plunged to $1.2 million, against a $11 million bonus for fiscal 2024.

He received $6.7 million in stock awards last year, compared with $5.4 million in year-earlier stock awards and $9.75 million in fiscal 2023. Feltheimer received no option awards or non-equity incentive plan compensation in each of the last three years. In April, Lionsgte extended Feltheimers contract for another five years through July 31, 2029. That keeps the studio head in the CEO post he has filled since March 2000 alongside vice chairman Michael Burns.

The latest contract extension followsthe media giant recently launching Lionsgate Studios as a standalone, publicly traded company, split off from the Starz premium platform. Lionsgate Studios on NASDAQ has aimed to give the Hollywood studio options before completing a long-awaited separation of the film and TV studiosand Starz, including raising fresh capital and merging with existing businesses.

Also in the SEC filing, Lionsgate reported vice chair Michael Burns in fiscal 2025 received an overall compensation package of $7.72 million, just off the $8.8 million in total pay he received in the year earlier.

And CFO James Barge received $7.1 million in overall pay in fiscal 2025, compared to $8.6 million in the year earlier.
