Ladder Up, the Tax Assistance Program that provides free tax preparation assistance to low income families is once again doing so. There are 13 sites around the city of Chicago and 6 sites in the suburbs. Qualifications are: households making up to $50,000/year and individuals earning up to $25,000/year.
