Veteran showrunner Noah Hawley, the creator of Fargo, has signed with WME for representation in all areas.

The novelist, screenwriter and series creator is set to debut in summer 2025 Alien: Earth, a prequel for FX to the 1979 film by director Ridley Scott, with Hawley showrunning the sci-fi horror series set to bow on Hulu. The series centers on Xenomorph, a feral and screeching creature, and has an international cast that includes Sydney Chandler and Timothy Olyphant.

As the title suggests, series will be set on Earth and take place near the end of the 21st century, before the events of Ridley Scotts 1979 space-horror classic. Hawley and his 26 Keys production banner recently created the fifth chapter of the FX anthology seriesFargo. Hawley will serve as executive producer, writer, showrunner and director. The Fargo TV franchise has earned over 70 Emmy nominations and won 7 trophies.

Hawleys other credits include the FX seriesLegion, and he made his movie directorial debut withLucy in the Sky, starring Natalie Portman and Jon Hamm. He is also at work on the upcoming Nowhere Fast, a Texas crime thriller that stars Chris Pine.

Hawley has also published six novels:A Conspiracy of Tall Men, Other Peoples Weddings, The Punch, The Good Father, Before the FallandAnthem. In addition,Fargo: This Is A True Story, a companion book to the first three seasons of the series, was written by Hawley and released by Grand Central Publishing.
