Ingredients

　　1/2 cup heavy cream

　　2 tablespoons crème fraîche or sour cream

　　2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

　　2 tablespoons fresh orange juice

　　1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

　　Whisk together the cream, crème fraîche, maple syrup, orange juice, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
