The quality of the ingredients makes all the difference in this drink, so use the absolutely best vodka and great olives.
Ingredients
serves 13 ounces good vodka
1/2 ounce (1tablespoon) dry vermouth
1 ounce (2 tablespoons) Bloody Mary mix (page 245)
3 large pitted olives, such as kalamatas
Step 1
Combine the vodka, vermouth, and Bloody Mary mix with 1 cup of ice in a shaker, and shake well.
Step 2
Pour the vodka mixture into a martini glass.
Step 3
