The official trailer for You season five shows that even having the seemingly perfect life isnt enough for Joe Goldberg.

In the fifth and final season of Netflixs hit show starring Penn Badgley as Joe, he returns to New York City, where the first season took place. But this time, hes married to Kate (Charlotte Ritchie), and with that comes plenty of family drama, as teased in the newly released trailer (below).

Fame definitely took a bit of getting used to, but to live happily ever after you had to bury your old self. While Joe still struggles to escape his dark desires and violent tendencies (You have a great life. Its just not worth the risk, Joe says as a new potential love interest is shown in the footage), the new trailer also teases that people from his past are coming for revenge.
