1. Refrigeration

Refrigeration is one of the simplest and most common methods to preserve green cucumbers. Place the cucumbers in a perforated plastic bag or wrap them in a damp paper towel to maintain their moisture. Store them in the vegetable crisper drawer of your refrigerator at a temperature between 45°F and 50°F (7°C and 10°C). This method can help keep cucumbers fresh for up to a week.

2. Pickling

Pickling is a traditional method that not only preserves cucumbers but also enhances their flavor. Start by washing and slicing the cucumbers into desired shapes.
