Vine-Ripened Tomatoes Drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar Recipe-March 2024

  Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.

  

Ingredients

Serves 16 as part of a buffet

  12 large vine-ripened tomatoes (about 6 pounds), sliced

  salt to taste

  freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

  

Step 1

On a large platter overlap tomatoes slightly and sprinkle with pepper and salt to taste.

  

Step 2

Drizzle tomatoes with vinegar and serve at room temperature.
