  Does your morning routine need a wake-up call? This smoothie will energize you—and might even make you look forward to getting out of bed!

  

Ingredients

serves 4, 1 cup per serving

  1 cup orange juice

  16 ounces fat-free vanilla, raspberry, or strawberry yogurt

  2 cups coarsely chopped mango pieces (about 2 large)

  2 cups coarsely chopped papaya pieces without seeds (about 22 ounces before peeling and seeding)

  

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, process all the ingredients until smooth.

You may substitute 2 cups halved strawberries for the mango or papaya if either is not readily available or is too expensive.
