  Creamy and just a wee bit spicy, this classic dressing is the finishing touch that will make your salad creations irresistible.

  

Ingredients

Serves 10; 2 tablespoons per serving

  1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

  1/2 cup Chili Sauce (page 276), or 1/2 cup no-salt-added ketchup plus dash of red hot-pepper sauce

  2 tablespoons light mayonnaise

  White of 1 large hardcooked egg, finely chopped (yolk discarded)

  1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper

  1 tablespoon finely chopped celery

  1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  Dash of pepper

  

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
