The Commission on Presidential Debates cancels its next meeting between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, after Trump refuses to participate in a virtual event despite being infected with COVID-19. The vice presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Vice President Mike Pence proves contentious, but nowhere near as chaotic as Biden and Trump’s first meeting.
