Former Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson is accused of sexual abuse by a member of his security detail. A new report details several instances when Johnson got special treatment after being discovered slumped behind the wheel last year. The report alleges Johnson consumed 10 alcoholic drinks the night Chicago police found him and that he tampered with evidence. Five cops have been suspended amid the fallout of the Johnson drunk driving scandal that led to his ouster.

Meanwhile, the Chicago Police Department rejects 97% of the recommended changes to the use of force policy.
