On this week’s edition of The Week In Review with Joel Weisman: Gov. Bruce Rauner lays down a budget ultimatum to lawmakers. Mayor Rahm Emanuel backs the Task Force on Police Accountability’s recommendation to release police shooting videos within 60-90 days. A coalition of legal and political activists have formally requested that a special prosecutor replace Anita Alvarez in the prosecution of the police officer who shot Laquan McDonald. The Lucas Museum’s futurein Chicago is in serious question, while the mayor is on board with an old O’Hare express train idea and reverses course on O’Hare jet noise alleviation with a new flight path rotation at night to appease angry neighbors.

And President Barack Obama fetes the Stanley Cup champion Blackhawks at the White House.
