A state committee approves the final rules for medical marijuana in Illinois. We'll hear form the head of the legislative committee about those regulations and how soon dispensaries might be appearing around Chicago. Joining us are state senator Kwame Raoul, who represents Chicago's lakefront 13th district, and Bob Morgan, the state's medical marijuana program coordinator and a lawyer for the Illinois Department of Public Health.
