Ingredients
serves 101 cup sugar
2 cups fresh lemon juice (about 10 lemons)
3 cups cold sparkling water
4 1/2 cups ice
Step 1
Bring 1 cup water and the sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely; refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
Put the syrup, lemon juice, and sparkling water in a pitcher.
