Swap
1 1/2 pounds ground beef sirloin for the chicken Ground chipotle powder for the chili powder2 1/2 cups shredded smoked Cheddar for the regular Cheddar
Add
1 14-ounce can diced fire-roasted tomatoes (such as Muir Glen brand), drained4 scallions, chopped, for garnish
Step 1
Brown the beef, seasoned as you would the chicken in the master recipe, #153, swapping the chipotle powder for the chili powder. Continue with the recipe, swapping the smoked Cheddar for the Cheddar.
Step 2
