Special Prosecutor Dan Webb announced today that his special report on the death of David Koschman will be released tomorrow after a temporary seal was lifted. Richard (RJ) Vanecko, the nephew of former Mayor Richard M. Daley, pleaded guilty Friday to involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of 21-year-old Koschman in 2004.
