Ingredients
Tops 1 pound of green beans or broccoli1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan
Step 1
Put oven rack in middle position and preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Toast oats in a baking pan, stirring occasionally, until pale golden, about 12 minutes.
