Muoi Thien Huong

Ingredients

　　1 tablespoon salt

　　1 teaspoon sugar

　　1 teaspoon fine white pepper

　　1 teaspoon ground ginger

　　1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder

　　Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
