Ingredients
serves 48 plum tomatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds), cored and halved lengthwise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Coarse salt and fresh ground pepper
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Transfer the tomatoes to a rimmed baking sheet; toss with the olive oil, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper until coated.
Step 2
