Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can crushed pineapple, no sugar added2 tablespoons tamari (aged soy sauce)
1/2 inch of fresh gingerroot, peeled and grated
3 scallions, sliced
In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Pour over a sautéed chicken breast for an instant sauce!
