Ingredients

　　1 1/4 cups Southern Comfort

　　3 bottles chilled dry champagne

　　1 pint pineapple sherbet, or to taste

　　Garnish: pineapple slices and strawberries (hulled and, if large, quartered)

　　In a punch bowl set in a hollowed-out block of ice, combine Southern Comfort and champagne. Stir in scoops of pineapple sherbet gently. Garnish the punch with pineapple slices and strawberries.
