Ingredients

1 large Cool Whip

　　1 pound cottage cheese

　　1 6-ounce package orange Jell-O

　　1 package Knox gelatine

　　1 cup mandarin oranges, drained

　　1 large cup crushed pineapple, drained

　　Mix gelatin and Jell-O with cottage cheese. Fold in Cool Whip; add oranges and pineapple. Pour into mold and refrigerate.
