Remove the eggs as best you can, preferably with a wooden implement (no, not your cane), and either 1) cover the bits with an appropriate sauce, or 2) save them as a garnish to use on dishes such as fried rice.
Step 2
Next time, grease the pan with unsalted butter or oil. Salted butter is more likely to cause things to stick.Cooks' Note
