A National Labor Relations Board hearing is underway to determine whether or not Northwestern University's football team can form a union. NU quarterback Kain Colter, 21, is leading the effort to unionize the football team, along with the help of the National College Players Association and a team of lawyers. Colter testified against the university and on behalf of his fellow football players at Tuesday's hearing.Eddie Arruza has the latest developments from today's hearing.
