Morgan Jay, the breakout standup comic known for his auto-tuned microphone and crowd work during performances, is set to host the 26th Golden Trailer Awards.
The May 28 awards ceremony at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills will honor the best in Hollywood movie and TV/streaming series previews, including trailers, commercials and posters. Jay, coming off his sophomore comedy special, Live at the Village, streaming on Hulu, as an actor has credits on MTVs WildnOut, NBCs St. Denis Medical and in Joey Powers upcoming featureLove Language, appearing alongside Chloe Grace Moretz and Anthony Ramos. The Golden Trailers Awards gig will see Jay work a room full of studio marketing execs, movie fans, celebrities and trailer editors. Part of what makes this show special is its energy its fast, creative and genuinely fun. Morgan brings that same spirit with a unique mix of music, comedy and crowd connection. The awards show also sees trophies handed out across 114categories. In 2025, agency Buddha Jones won the top honor for their work bringing the undead to life on Sony Pictures28 Years Latertrailer, titled Days, which earned the Best of Show award.
Beyond the hardware to be handed out, Golden Trailer Awards organizers are promising a raucous evening for the industry creatives set to fill the Saban Theatre.
