Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa3 cups warm (not boiling) milk
2 cups brewed coffee
1/4 cup sugar, or more to taste
Rum or brandy (optional)
Dash of cinnamon
Add the cocoa and the warmed milk to the coffee. Sweeten to taste. A glug of rum or brandy and a flurry of cinnamon can turn a potential disaster into an occasion.
