Ingredients
4 servings1 sack (6 cups) mixed greens, any variety or brand
1/2 cup (10 leaves) fresh basil, torn or shredded
1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley (a few handfuls), coarsely chopped
10 fresh chive blades, snipped or chopped
4 to 5 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves stripped and chopped
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, or juice of 1 lemon
Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), to coat
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Step 1
Combine the greens and herbs in a salad bowl.
Step 2
