Ingredients
Makes 2 tablespoons; enough for 1 batch of fries, chips, or onion rings1 1/2 teaspoons ground fennel
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon smoked sweet Spanish paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Whisk together the fennel, coriander, mustard powder, paprika, and oregano in a small bowl until combined.
