Why does your stomach feel weird?

　　Your stomach feels queasy—you’re definitely sick. But what is the cause—a virus, or those clams you got from that new restaurant last night?

　　On one hand, you’re sick, does it really matter? On the other, you might want to know whether you’re contagious, whether you should call the restaurant, how long you might be missing work, etc. To help you parse it all out, Insider has a helpful checklist today called “11 signs you actually have food poisoning and not a stomach bug.” Basically, if your sickness happens within a few hours after eating, only lasts for a day, is accompanied by a headache, and you feel super-dehydrated, it’s probably the food.
