　　Need some weekend reading? Good, because The Gannet’s best food writing of the year list is out, and it contains probably 72 hours worth of material. I’m happy to see the inclusion of not just writing but podcasts and photos as well, ranging from heavy topics like sexism in Bengali cuisine to lighter fare like the quest to short-cut rum’s aging process.
