<p>Serves 1.</p>6 ounces dry white wine
1 tablespoon crème de cassis
2 or 3 ice cubes
Twist lemon peel
In a goblet or large wineglass combine all ingredients except the lemon peel and stir gently. Twist the peel to release the oil and then drop peel into the glass.
