Ingredients

Serves 1.

　　1 ounce Kahlúa

　　2 ounces brandy

　　1 egg white

　　3 to 4 ice cubes

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously, or blend in an electric blender. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 2

If there is a problem with eggs in your region, do not prepare this recipe containing a raw egg.
