Investigation Discovery to Air Exclusive Interview With Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Former Assistant-February 2024
Feb 14, 2026 10:32 PM

Sean Diddy Combs former assistant Phil Pines is set to speak for the first time on camera about the blizzard of criminal sexual assault and misconduct allegations against the disgraced music mogul. Investigation Discovery is set to air an exclusive 30-minute sit down interview with Pines, conducted by journalist Mara S. Campo, an expansion of its explosive four-part docuseries The Fall of Diddy that concludes on Tuesday night.

Pines worked as Combs senior executive assistant from 2019 to 2021. In a lawsuit filed in December, Pines alleged that Combs tasked him with helping to organize and clean up so-called Wild King Nights parties, a series of debauched get-togethers at hotels. Pines alleged that part of his duties working for Combs was to make sure the parties were supplied with drugs, lubricants and sex toys, and he was also told to make sure the hotel rooms were cleaned up of drug paraphernalia, stains and other incriminating matter so as not to raise suspicion with the hotels. In the interview, Pines will talk about his time working for Combs, provide details on the Wild King Nights and also speak about the alleged manipulation he experienced under the fear of Combs retribution and power.

Debuting its first two episodes on Monday, The Fall of Diddy alleges new violent behavior and illegal activity from Combs as he awaits trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. The docuseries, from Rolling Stone Films and Maxine Productions, the producers behind Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV, covers Combs long career in the music industry and his rise to become a business mogul and pop culture force. The series also goes in depth into the torrent of sexual assault allegations against Combs and the culture of fear and retribution that underpinned his position at the pinnacle of the entertainment industry.

The first two episodes of The Fall of Diddy are streaming on Max and Discovery+. The final two episodes and the Phil Pines interview air on Tuesday night, beginning at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ID.
