How to Store Ojo de Cabra Bean after Harvest?

Ojo de Cabra Bean, also known as Goat’s Eye Bean, is a popular legume crop that is grown for its nutritious seeds. Proper storage of harvested Ojo de Cabra Beans is essential to maintain their quality and prevent spoilage. Here are some guidelines on how to store these beans effectively:

1. Harvesting

Harvest Ojo de Cabra Beans when the pods are fully mature and dry. The beans should be firm and have a uniform color. Avoid harvesting beans that are discolored, damaged, or have signs of pest infestation.

2. Cleaning
