Parwal Chips
Definition: Parwal chips are a crispy and delicious snack made from parwal, also known as pointed gourd or green potato. Parwal is a tropical vegetable commonly found in India, Nepal, and Bangladesh. These chips are made by thinly slicing parwal and deep-frying them until they turn golden brown and crispy.Ingredients:

- Salt – to taste
- Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Amchur powder (dried mango powder) – 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions:
Parwal chips can be enjoyed as a standalone snack or served with a dip of your choice. They are best consumed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for a few days.
