Indian Mulberry Wine
Definition: Indian Mulberry wine is a type of alcoholic beverage made from the fruit of the Indian Mulberry plant (Morinda citrifolia). It is a rich and flavorful wine with a deep red color and a sweet-tart taste.
Ingredients:
- Indian Mulberries – 2 pounds
- Granulated Sugar – 2 cups
- Water – 4 cups
- Wine Yeast – 1 packet
- Lemon Juice – 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
Wash the Indian Mulberries thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves.In a large pot, combine the Indian Mulberries, water, and sugar.
