How to Make Elderberry Tincture

Step 1: Harvesting the Elderberries

Step 2: Preparing the Elderberries

Remove any stems, leaves, or debris from the harvested elderberries. Rinse them gently under cool water to remove any dirt or impurities. Allow the berries to dry completely before proceeding to the next step.

Step 3: Crushing the Elderberries
