Step 3: Boil the Water

In a pot, bring the water to a boil. The amount of water will depend on how many cups of tea you want to make.

Step 4: Add the Elderberries

Once the water is boiling, add the dried elderberries or elderberry flowers to the pot. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 5: Strain the Tea

After simmering, remove the pot from the heat and strain the tea using a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth. This will remove any solids and leave you with a smooth liquid.
