Ingredients

　　2 scallions, green and white parts, finely chopped

　　2 tablespoons prepared (or grated fresh) horseradish

　　1/4 cup chili sauce (such as Heinz)

　　1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

　　Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl, and refrigerate until needed.
