Ingredients

　　1/4 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest

　　2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

　　1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey

　　1/2 cup buttermilk

　　1/4 cup plain yogurt

　　1 tablespoon vegetable oil

　　1/4 teaspoon vanilla

　　In a bowl whisk together zest, lemon juice, and honey until combined well and whisk in buttermilk, yogurt, oil, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
