Ingredients
Serves 61 1/4 pounds green beans, trimmed
mustard sauce:
as an accompaniment1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup white-wine vinegar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
3 to 4 tablespoons water
To make the green beans:
Step 1
In a large saucepan of boiling salted water cook beans until-crisp-tender, about 6 minutes, and drain well.
Step 2
Serve green beans with mustard sauce.
