(RICE WINE AND GINGER ALE COCKTAILS)
Ingredients
Makes about 6 drinks.1 1/2 cups saké
a 28-ounce bottle chilled ginger ale
2 teaspoons Angostura bitters, or to taste
4 lime slices
In a pitcher combine the saké, the ginger ale, and the bitters and add the lime slices. Serve the drink in tall glasses filled with ice.
