Ingredients
Makes 1 cup1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup toasted baguette crumbs
Mince garlic and mash to a paste with a pinch of salt, then transfer to a bowl and stir in oil, salt, and pepper. Add baguette crumbs and stir until combined well.
